Jungle Breakfast

With Daisies (Sparks) and Brownies, the leaders can make this up ahead of time and surprise the girls in the morning. With older girls or when its been done once before, a patrol can be in charge of this.

Ingredients:

Large Ziploc bag.
Small Ziploc (qt. size) bag
Big box of cereal
Donuts or granola bars (1 per person)
Piece of fruit
Instant hot chocolate packet
Paper napkin

Directions: Fill the small Ziploc bag with about 1 1/2 cups cereal of choice. Seal. Place in large bag. Add other ingredients to large bag and seal. Hide around the camp site, the harder to find the better.

Tell girls to bring a spoon and cup to breakfast. Like animals of the wild, they have to hunt down their breakfast. Everyone should wait to eat until everyone has a breakfast. Provide the milk and hot water for cocoa.

Any favourite breakfast foods can be done this way.

Variation: Place cheese slices, bread, sausages, eggs and butter in bag and have the girls concoct their own breakfast to be cooked with buddy burners.
