Chocolate Éclairs

Thanks very much to Teresa Entwistle for e-mailing me this recipe!

My girls favourite recipe is Éclairs.

Wrap the end of a good hotdog or marshmallow stick with aluminium foil. Take a biscuit (i.e. Pillsbury dough, bannock dough or other substitute) or two, two if small, one if grand and wrap it around the end of stick with aluminium foil. You can spray on a little PAM before. Roast over fire till golden brown. Remove from stick when cool enough to touch and fill with pudding; I think chocolate is best!

Here's another, similar method for making éclairs... thanks to Kathy for this version!

Take two crescent roll dough pieces and mould them over the end of a 1 inch dowel. Cook over a campfire until brown. Remove the cooked crescent from the dowel which now resembles a "cup." Spoon vanilla pudding into the opening. Frost with chocolate frosting.
