Tootsie Rolls

Citrus Council of Girl Scouts.
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs. butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup Karo syrup
- 2 1 oz. package pre-melted, unsweetened chocolate flavour
for baking
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 3/4 cup non-fat dry milk
Directions: Let butter soften in a large zip lock bag. Add
all the other ingredients to the bag and let the girls mush them together thoroughly.
Form into balls or rolls. Makes about 1 1/2 pounds candy.
