Taco Salad

Thanks to Doreen McAllister and Heather Ward, who both sent me versions of this recipe!

Ingredients:

1 small individual size bag of nacho or taco chips per person
Ground beef or chicken breast - prepared ahead of time by cooking thoroughly and then adding a taco seasoning packet
Lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and other nacho ingredients
Shredded cheddar cheese.

Directions:

Cut the chip bag open along the side seam (NOT THE TOP). Shovel on the above ingredients as desired and top with salsa and sour cream. This is a great no plate meal with only a fork to wash. It's really handy because everything can be done at home before you go to camp.
