Chicken Casserole With Dumplings
(serves 8)

Ingredients:

4 5oz. cans canned chicken
2 16 oz. cans mixed vegetables
1 can chicken soup
2 cups biscuit mix
3/4 cup of milk (or liquid from vegetables)
Directions: Open cans of vegetables, drain liquid into a cup and save, and put vegetables in pot. Place chicken soup and canned chicken into pot also. Place pot over bed of coals and stir occasionally. When small bubbles break out in the liquid in the pot, prepare dumpling dough by combining biscuit mix and liquid. When large bubbles appear in pot, drop spoonfuls of dough on top of chicken mixture. Cook until biscuits are done. Total cooking time approximately 45 minutes.
