Chilli

This recipe is from the Great Camp Woolsey Cookbook, courtesy of the Ottawa Area Girl Guides.

This recipe will make enough chilli to serve 20+ people!

Brown approx. 5 lbs. of ground beef. Drain off the fat. Add 2 chopped onions (or a packet of onion soup mix). Add 48 oz. tin of tomato soup, a can of tomatoes, a can of kidney beans, and spices to taste (i.e. chilli powder, salt, pepper, etc.). Simmer for at least two hours.
