Egg Salad Sandwiches

This recipe is from the Great Camp Woolsey Cookbook, courtesy of the Ottawa Area Girl Guides.

NOTE: This recipe makes enough egg salad for 11 sandwiches - or one loaf of bread! Remember that any foods with mayonnaise as an ingredient should be stored chilled until eaten, and never left out in the sun!

Ingredients:

Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl until you have a uniform consistency, then spread it on the bread to make sandwiches!
