Kolbassa... the perfect camp food

Kolbassa is, of course, a type of sausage. And one of the few deli meats I will eat. (Yet another trauma I can blame on Woolsey... after working with bulk bologna, sandwich meat just isn't the same.) I like to introduce girls to it at camp because it is a little different from what many people usually eat. It can also be used in a variety of ways... on various trips I have had it in sandwiches, fried with eggs in the morning, as an extra ingredient in Kraft Dinner, and of course just plain as a snack. Kolbassa is another food that doesn't spoil easily in hot weather, unlike mock chicken (ugh).
