Tootsie Rolls
This recipe is from the Camp Woolsey Cookbook, 2011.
The ingredient amounts shown here are for one person. Multiply as needed for your group.
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp butter, softened
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup icing sugar
- Splash of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp dry milk powder
- 2 tsp corn syrup
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a sealable plastic bag. Close bag. Using your hands, massage the mixture until it comes together and turns a solid chocolate colour. Roll into rope shapes or whatever shape they want.
