Caramel Popcorn

This recipe is from the Great Camp Woolsey Cookbook, courtesy of the Ottawa Area Girl Guides.

Ingredients:

Directions: Melt the margarine. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring, then remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla and baking soda. Pour the mix over the popcorn, coating it well. Turn into a pan and put in oven at 225 F, stirring every 15 minutes for an hour. Take out and break apart, cool, and eat!
