Kaseschnitten nach Trapper-Art - Hiker's Cheese Slices

Ingredients:

20-30 pieces of bread
20 bacon rashers
200g grated cheese
3-4 eggs
30ml milk

Directions:

1. Mix cheese, eggs and milk together, season and spread on bread.
2. Lay slices of bacon on top
3. Cook in a moderate oven (375F/200c) for 10-15 mins.
