Kaseschnitten nach Trapper-Art - Hiker's Cheese Slices

Ingredients:
- 20-30 pieces of bread
- 20 bacon rashers
- 200g grated cheese
- 3-4 eggs
- 30ml milk
Directions:
- 1. Mix cheese, eggs and milk together, season and spread on bread.
- 2. Lay slices of bacon on top
- 3. Cook in a moderate oven (375F/200c) for 10-15 mins.
