Dutch Oven Lasagne
Thanks very much to Joan Beitman, who sent this recipe to me!
Directions: Coat bottom of Dutch oven with 1/2” or more of meat sauce. Top with a single layer of raw lasagne noodles, top with more meat sauce, then layer with cheese and sour cream (optional). Continue layering to within one inch from top of Dutch oven. Bake for 1 hour or until noodles are soft. Coals should be placed on the bottom and top of Dutch oven. Be sure to coat both sides of raw noodles with meat sauce.
