Spiced Fruit Rice Pudding
Ingredients:
- - 3 cups dried fruit
- - 2 cups Minute rice
- - 1 cup skim milk powder
- - 1 tsp. nutmeg
- - 1 tsp. cinnamon
- - 1/2 tsp. ginger
- - 5 cups water
Directions: Combine all
ingredients into a pot. Boil for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Let sit 5
minutes for the rice to set, and serve!
