Mexaroni

Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups elbow macaroni
1 pkg. taco mix
¼ cup powdered milk
¼ cup dried vegetable mix
Salt and cayenne pepper to taste
5 cups water
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions: At home, mix dry ingredients except cheese, and store in plastic bag. At camp, pour mixture in pot and add the water. Stir until well mixed and bring to boil. Cover, and simmer until macaroni is done. Mix in cheese just before serving, or add to each serving as a topping. Serves 4.
