Roasting Pan Oven

Thanks very much to Wendy Baker, who posted this cooking idea to the Guiding Mailing List.

You will need:

2 aluminium foil roasting pans

2 aluminium pie plates

Metal Grill (slightly larger than the pan)

Alligator clips (optional)

Directions: Put hot charcoal in one pie plate and place it in the bottom roasting pan, which sits on the ground face-up. Then put the grill over the coals. Place the other pie plate or whatever you are cooking on over the grill. Then put the other roasting pan upside down on the top. You can get multiple uses out of it and it is much easier to transport than a box oven.
