Midnight Candy Hunt

Equipment:
- 10 film canisters per team with lids
- candy or some type of treat in each canister
- double punch two holes in each canister lid and put a string through to hang the canisters from tree branches
- reflective tape
Pre-Game Preparation: Using the reflective tape, make a pattern on each set of 10 canisters. (i.e., single stripe, triangle, double stripe, etc.). Put a candy in each canister. Hide the canisters throughout the playing area before the game.
To Play: Divide your group by the number of difference sets of canisters you have. Each team sends out one person (without a flashlight) to find a canister with their design on it. As soon as they find one they come back to base and the next person on their team goes hunting. Do not disturb canisters that belong to other teams. The first team to get all ten of their canisters back wins. If you have an especially dark night or younger girls, you can allow the use of a flashlight or send them out in pairs.
