Pathfinder Ceremonies
As our girls get older and more independent, I think it's really important to let them take ownership in creating and performing special ceremonies. At the Pathfinder level, I think that ideally the leaders should be acting more in an advisory capacity than anything else. Let the girls find their own meaning and symbolism as they work on putting together a special event for the Unit!
