Bingo
(source: "The World's Best Funny Songs", Esther J. Nelson, 1988; also in "Sing A Song For Sixes", Girl Guides of Canada, 1975)

Farmer Brown he had a dog,
And Bingo was his name-o!
B-I-N-G-O,
B-I-N-G-O,
B-I-N-G-O,
And Bingo was his name-o!

Repeat the song a number of times, each time substituting a clap for another one of the letters in "BINGO". The second round of the song sounds like this:

Farmer Brown he had a dog,
And Bingo was his name-o!
(clap)-I-N-G-O,
(clap)-I-N-G-O,
(clap)-I-N-G-O,
And Bingo was his name-o!

You can also split your singers into three groups and assign each group a different method of singing the "BINGO" lines. One group does the clapping as shown above, a second group does the clapping in reverse order (e.g., they would start their second round of the song as "B-I-N-G-(clap)"), and a third group sings the words below, to the same tune:

B with an I, I with a N,
N with a G, G with an O,
B-I-N-G-O,
And Bingo was his name-o!
