Selkirk Grace

Thanks to Marilyn McLaughlin for this little bit of history concerning this grace! She writes: "The Selkirk Grace was written by Robert Burns and is traditionally used at Burns Suppers all over the world. It is spoken, not sung but fits in fine with Auld Lang Syne."

Some hae meat and cannie eat
And some hae nane but want it (want is pronounced like can't)
