Beach Boy Bread
This recipe is from the Great Camp Woolsey Cookbook,
courtesy of the Ottawa Area Girl Guides.
Combine:
- 1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup sugar
In a separate bowl, mix:
- 1 egg
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Add to the 1st mixture and stir until well blended. Spread
in a 8"X8"x2" pan. Top with a mix of:
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. biscuit mix
- 1 tbsp. margarine
Bake in a reflector oven for approx. 20 minutes. Serve
while still warm. This recipe makes enough for 6 servings.
